Our chapter is involved in multiple chapter events. For the most effective and quality results, our chapter decided that we wanted to create committees. The committees each have two to three people as the leaders although some projects are required to have chapter participation. In this case, we made each leader's job to ensure chapter participation.

One of the most unique things about the Vail Academy chapter is that we are very involved in the Student Store. Every lunch period, there will be members from our chapter working in our student store, "The Dog House." This helps us build customer service skills that will help us in our future career.
